Before joining UI Charitable Advisors, he founded a successful web development venture. Jacob studied computer science at BYU and is currently pursuing a master's degree in artificial intelligence and machine learning. He is certified in PMP, ITIL, and CSM. He is a creative problem solver with expertise in strategic planning, change management, and disruptive innovation.
