Two Simple Ways to Access UI Charitable Through Orion
Accessing the UI Charitable Advisors platform via Orion Connect is now quick and straightforward. We have made it easier than ever for advisors to connect and manage clients' Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) with just a few clicks. Here’s how:
Sign in Through UI Charitable’s Website:
Navigate to uicharitable.org.
Click on the “Sign In” button on the homepage.
Advisors will be directed to the sign-in page where you can select “Log in with Orion.”
Enter the advisor Orion credentials. Advisors will be instantly connected to their UI Charitable Advisor dashboard.
Access Directly from Orion Connect:
If an advisor is logged into Orion Connect, then simply head to the app directory.
Click on the UI Charitable logo which will navigate to the UI advisor dashboard without needing to log in again.
A Streamlined Dashboard for Efficient Client Management
Once an advisor is in the UI Charitable Advisor portal, they will see a user-friendly interface designed to provide quick access to essential client information. Here is what advisors can expect:
Household Overview: A comprehensive table lists all of an advisor’s households from Orion, complete with the total Assets Under Management (AUM) and the primary contact email for each household.
Detailed AUM Breakdown: Need more specifics? Click the “i” icon next to any household and a breakdown of the AUM by account and account type will appear. This detailed view helps advisors understand the distribution of assets and tailor philanthropic advice accordingly.
Creating Donor-Advised Funds with Ease
Ready to help clients establish their Donor-Advised Fund? It is never been simpler:
Add Client to UI Charitable: Click the “Add Client” button from the dashboard.
Confirm Details: A box will appear where advisors can confirm a client’s name and email address.
Send Invitation: Once confirmed, then click “Send,” and an email invitation will be sent directly to the client. This email will include a link for the client to create their donor portal account and name their DAF.
This streamlined process ensures that setting up a DAF is as efficient and client-friendly as possible, allowing advisors to focus on what matters most—helping clients achieve their philanthropic goals.
