Todd is a co-founder of University Impact. He oversees Fiscal Sponsorships, General Field of Interest Funds, Impact Investments and Measurement and Evaluation engagements. Previously, he was a Founder and Director of Unitus, an early 2000s impact investment organization, and then Founder of BYU’s Ballard Center for Social Impact, the world’s largest university program focused on social impact. While at the Ballard Center, he created the Social Impact Cycle, a method to expand the impact of social organizations. Todd has been on the board of multiple social impact organizations, and currently serves on the board of University Impact.
He earned a MA in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University. Prior to his career in social impact, Todd worked in the computer industry in the Pacific Northwest.
